The first Catholic University in the Archdiocese of Lagos has birthed in Ilara-Epe, a community in -Eredo Local Council Development Area in Lagos State.
It was initiated by the former Lagos Diocese Archbishop, His Eminence Anthony Cardinal Okogie.
According to the Vice Chancellor, Steve Afolami, the institution would begin academic work on October 30.
He said it would accommodate students with a minimum of 180 JAMB score with five credits in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English.
Students of the Augustine University will have access to the internet and other relevant facilities, with the highest fee put at 730,000 Naira, according to the Vice Chancellor.
